HARVEST GRAINS PANCAKE MIX

Mix:
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup of your choice: Buttermilk, Milk, Rice Milk or Water
Stir in:
1 cup Harvest Grains Pancake Mix.
Bake on a hot, oiled griddle or waffle iron.
Makes about 8-4" pancakes or 4 waffles.
(Variation: Add thin slice(s) of apple and a dash of
cinnamon to pancakes before baking second side.)

Harvest Grains Mix Ingredients:  Certified Organic Whole Wheat Flour,
Organic Oatmeal, Organic Rye Flour, Organic Corn Flour,
Organic Buckwheat Flour, Baking Powder,
Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt

GOLDEN WHEAT PANCAKE MIX

Mix:

1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 cup Golden Wheat Pancake Mix.
Bake on a hot, oiled griddle or waffle iron.
Makes about 8-4" pancakes or 4 waffles.

Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt.

HIGH LYSINE CORNCAKES or WAFFLES

Mix:

1 Egg
2/3 cup Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Corncake Mix
Stir until smooth.
Bake on a hot, oiled griddle.
Makes about 8-4" pancakes.

3/4 cup Buttermilk
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 cup Corncake Mix
Stir until smooth.
Bake on a hot, oiled waffle iron.
Makes about 4 waffles.

JOHNNY CAKE OR CORNBREAD

1 & 1/4 cup Buttermilk,
1 Egg
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Honey (optional)
2 cups Corncake Mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together until smooth. 
Pour into a greased square pan.  Bake 20 minutes. Serve hot.

Corncake Mix Ingredients:  Certified Organic High Lysine Corn Flour,
Baking Powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sea Salt.

EIGHT-GRAIN HOT CEREAL

Servings: Water: Salt: Cereal
1 1 cup 1/8 tsp 1/3 cup
2 1 & 1/2 c 1/4 tsp 1/2 cup
3 2 cups 1/4 tsp 2/3 cup
4 3 cups 1/2 tsp 1 cup

Bring water and salt to a boil. Stir in cereal slowly, stirring
constantly.  (A whisk works best.)  Reduce heat to simmer. 
Cook 3-5 minutes. Serve with honey, milk, and cinnamon;
or your favorite hot cereal topings

Ingredients:  Certified Organic Whole Grains: Whole Wheat Hot Cereal,
Hi Lysine Cornmeal, Rolled oats, Rolled Rye Flakes, Sunflower
Kernels, Brown Flax, Millet and Sesame Seeds.

MULTI GRAIN BREAD MIX

Add ingredients in the order required by the directions for your machine)
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 pound (3 cups) Multi Grain Bread Mix
1 Tbsp vegetable oil or butter
1 egg
3/4 cup warm water or milk
3 Tbsp honey
Start Machine.

MANUAL METHOD
Beat yeast, liquids and 1 cup Multi Grain Bread Mix together.
Stir in remaining 2 cups of Mix, knead 5-10 minutes. Cover,
let rise, form loaf, place in greased pan, let rise.  Bake 35 minutes
350 degrees.  Remove from pan to cool.

ROLLED OATS
FOR HOT CEREAL:
1 part Rolled Oats to 2 parts water.  Salt to taste.  Boil water, stir in
Rolled Oats.  Reduce heat to simmer, cook about 5 minutes. Serve.

OATMEAL WAFFLES:
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.  Set aside.
In another bowl, mix:
2 cups Rolled Oats
2 cups buttermilk
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Stir in:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Fold in stiff egg whites.  Bake on a hot, oiled waffle iron.
Makes about 4 large waffles.
